I cannot express how disappointed I was with my stay. The room we received was damp and uncomfortable. I could feel the moisture on my chest upon entering. Although the staff was responsive, I had to ask multiple times for my complimentary beer bucket without any success. This hotel did not meet the standards I expected, and my overall experience was incredibly frustrating.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a fitness center, and a lovely outdoor pool. I'll never forget how the staff helped me print my boarding pass on my first stay. I highly recommend the brunch! I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend break in Calangute with definitely value for money. The only highlight was the room service staff, Mr Koushik, who really knew how to treat customers right. Just be prepared for a crowded breakfast situation every morning.
